Marco Reus scored his last goal for Borussia Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park yesterday, Saturday, against Darmstadt, which ended 4-0 in favor of the hosts in the final round of Bundesliga.
Borussia Dortmund previously announced Royce’s departure from the team at the end of the season after a career that spanned more than 12 years and witnessed unparalleled loyalty from the German player to his team, as he refused more than once to leave for major European clubs.
In the 38th minute, Royce scored his last goal in the famous yellow jersey at Signal Iduna Stadium with a very beautiful free kick, after which the crowd exploded to salute him.
Royce is waiting to participate in the Champions League final against Real Madrid on June 1 at Wembley Stadium in London.
